Got it right first time!

Kemlows drive for continued improvement continues with the update of now obsolete automotive standard QS9000 to the internationally recognised ISO/TS16949 standard, achieved at the first attempt in December 2006 certificate issued 3/1/2007, this is a milestone in Kemlows achievements and the emphasis on continuous improvement on a process approach philosophy. Kemlows are now one of the very few Zinc and Aluminium pressure Diecaster’s in the UK that are recognised to ISO/TS 16949 and feel very honoured in the achievement. What does this do for Kemlows and its customers:-
• Improved product and process quality, focus is on prevention
• Additional confidence in global sourcing allows “A” rating to our major automotive customers which allows us to quote for new projects
• Common system approach within the supply chain for suppliers/subcontractors, helps focus prevention methods with our suppliers/subcontractors

At the same time Kemlows updated its ISO 9001:2000 certificate for another three years, again showing commitment to Quality and maintaining a healthy efficient and effective working environment.
